Across the widest part of your palm, just below the knuckles. Don't include your thumb.
From the wrist crease to the tip of your middle finger.
No tape? Use a piece of string and a ruler.

Try them on with the latex film left on. Once it's off, they can only be returned if faulty.

Palm length runs from the wrist crease to the tip of your middle finger.

Enduran: half sizes
The Enduran is the only ProvenGK glove that comes in half sizes (7 to 11). Same measurements, finer steps: the top half of each band takes the half size.

If your palm is wide for its length (0.5 cm or more over the width chart), take the half size up.
Between sizes?
If you're between sizes, go down. Snug beats loose. Two exceptions: the Hybrid Fusion and the Polar Grip run bigger, so go up on those.
The Enduran is different again. It's our only glove in half sizes, so if you're between sizes take the half size rather than going down.
Junior gloves
Junior gloves use the same chart and the same size numbers. Junior models come in sizes 4 to 6, adult models in 6 to 11. Measure the same way whatever your age.
Can I return them if the size is wrong?
Yes, within 14 days, as long as the latex film is still on.
